Booking and refunds

Groups are small, so a place left empty at short notice usually can't be filled. These rules keep that fair for everyone, including the people on the waitlist.

Moment to Moment, Module One (online)

Come to the first session. If it's not for you, tell me before the second and I'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. Email northernmeisnerlab@gmail.com before Session Two starts, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with.

After Session Two has started, Module One can't be refunded, but you can move to a later Module One.

Moment to Moment, Modules Two and Three (Leeds weekends)

Weekends can't be refunded once booked.

• More than 14 days before: I'll move you to the next weekend.
• Less than 14 days before: the fee is kept. If I can fill your place from the waitlist, I'll move you to the next weekend.

Monthly Technique Class and Character and Scene Study

Monthly classes can't be refunded once booked.

• More than 48 hours before a class: I'll move you to another date.
• Less than 48 hours before: the fee is kept. If I can fill your place from the waitlist, I'll move you to another date.

Online tasters

Tasters can't be refunded once booked.

• More than 48 hours before a taster: I'll move you to another taster date.
• Less than 48 hours before: the fee is kept.

If I cancel

If I have to cancel a class, weekend or taster, you'll get a full refund or a place on another date, whichever you prefer.
